Farm to table dinner at Weiser Farms, Tehachapi, Sat Sep 24
A group of chefs and fans of Alex Weiser’s wonderful farm-fresh produce grown in Tehachapi will be preparing a dinner to be served at the farm (two hours north of LA) on Saturday, September 24th; I will be making the dessert. It will be a locavore’s dream event with each course drawn from locally grown and produced ingredients such as ostrich, pork, beef, Weiser’s shelled beans, heirloom apples and locally harvested mulberries. Chef Ray Garcia from Fig in Santa Monica and others will be cooking at the hootenanny/family style dinner. Reserve now at anthony@tasteoftehachapi.com.
